How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
It's a kind of strange how I started. As a young boy I always like to make my hands dirty with various things. Seems that helped me choose plumbing when we moved to San Diego. I like seeing the rewards of my work - you client's smile is a great feeling to experience. This is why I often like saying that we are in the business of making people happy.
