What is your primary product or service?
Plumbing and electrical repair. Carpentry, painting and spa service.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I trained in the engineering department of The La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad Ca. where I learned basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and repairs as well as tile repair, painting and wood refinishing. I also maintained the swimming pools two days a week and learned basic lock smith skills. When I left the resort, I was the telephone technician responsible for the entire property.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am able to take a job from start to completion without involving other trades people.
