How long have you been in business?
We started our Window Cleaning business in 2006. I am glad to say that we are now in our 11th year in business. Thank you to ALL our current & future customers for your continued support.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is Residential & Commercial window cleaning. We also offer our customers gutter cleaning, power washing and garbage can clean-up.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My wife Debbie & myself moved to San Diego in 2001. The number of new homes that where being built in the area was amazing. My wife would clean our own windows & would climb out a 2nd story window so she could clean the rest of the windows. I noticed that million dollar homes where being built in the area but nobody had time to clean the windows. So, we decided to start a window cleaning company to provide a high quality service at affordable prices.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Firstly, I must say we service all of San Diego County. Our primary focus was to concentrate on quality & pricing so we could provide the best service possible and encourage customers to have their windows cleaned on a regular basis. We certainly did not want to offer a service where we only came back once a year. We offer our customers a maintenance plan so we can clean their windows on a regular basis and in-turn we give them better pricing for their continued loyalty.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 3 locations in order to serve customers promptly without having to wait long. In our 11 years in business I am glad to say that we continue to grow and are always looking of ways to expand the business further. This year we are looking to introduce a few new trucks to the business so look out for us.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The owner of CLEAR VIEW of Eastlake is Ricardo Bartlett. He runs the daily operations of the business with the help of his existing crew members.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday to Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm Saturday 7:0am - 5:00pm Sunday: CLOSED
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We enjoy providing our services to our customers on a daily basis. The best thing about our job is when we are finished and customers can't believe the difference clean windows make to their home. The best compliment and it goes withour say is when customers refer us to their family, friends and neighbors. That's when we know that we are providing the best service to our customers and they are happy with our work.
