How long have you been in business?
My business in Mission Hills opened in January 2010, but I have been working full time as a massage therapist since 1999.
What is your primary product or service?
First and foremost is providing therapeutic massage to reduce stress and relieve pain.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have studied healing arts for some time and massage really appealed to me as I've always enjoyed working with my hands, whether it be building cabins, stone carving and crochet.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My sessions are charged by the time, not the type of massage. Each client gets the full time on the table, meaning if you schedule one hour, you will get a full hour on the table. My intake process is free. I also spend a lot of time researching my field and staying up to date with continuing education training. My service is consistent and I return calls promptly.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
There is only one location in Mission Hills.
