How long have you been in business?
Since 1995. I was working with Solar Turbines, Inc., Left them and started my own consulting business.
What is your primary product or service?
The design and market pricing of compensation plans. This includes base compensation, incentive plans, executive compensation plans, International compensation plans, and Sales incentive plans.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been involved in the Human Resources Field since 1968 and have specialized in compensation design, implementation and administration.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am a one person consulting with affiliates with other individuals that i can call on if needed. This means that the customer deals with me and not some analyst that they never see. I do the work and present it to the client. This also means low overhead and quicker turnaround and lower cost to the client.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work from one location, my home office.

Which areas do you service?
Any, I have had clients as far west as Hawaii, as far South as Mexico, and as far East as West Virginia, and as far North as Oregon.
