I am an Architect with more than 30 years of extensive experience in Residential, Commercial, Health Care, and Institutional Design. My clients have included: Wilshire Technologies, ManuLife, IRT, Sharp Hospital, Mesa Vista Hospital, Vista Hill Hospital, General Dynamics Electronics, Sam & Rose Stein Education Center, ParentCare IVAC, PacTel, LH Research, U.S. Navy, the Vista Hill Foundation and countless other small businesses and individuals.
Should you need it, I can provide full architectural services which include:
• Initial design consultations
• Project design
• Preliminary regulatory approvals such Conditional Use Permits
• Hiring of engineers and other design specialists
• Preparation of working drawings and specifications
• Building department approvals
• Bidding & negotiating with contractors
• Administration of the construction contract
I can also provide limited architectural services by tailoring the above services to meet your budget and needs. There is no project too small or too large. Each project receives a quick, courteous turnaround on time and on budget.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been an Architect for over 30 years. I have extensive experience in Commercial, Residential, Health Care, Educational, and Industrial Building Types.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I provide a uniquely hands on service for my clients. I am intimately involved in all of my projects. All of my projects receive a quick and courteous turnaround on time and on budget.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have only one location.
Provide detailed directions to your location
It is easier and more convenient for my clients and their staff to have meetings in their place of business than to come to my office. If needed meetings are available at my office on an appointment basis.
What type of payments do you accept?
For the convenience of my Clients I can accept cash, checks, credit cards, and payments through PayPal
Which areas do you service?
I serve mainly the greater San Diego County area. But have clients throughout the U.S. I also have some international clients.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am a sole proprietorship.
What are your hours of operation?
I am pretty much available any time.
