How long have you been in business?
In 1940 my Grandfather started his roofing company and my two uncles Harold and James worked with him as well as my father Homer. I have been running Dils Roofing since 1983 and am the third generation in the business. My oldest son Ryan is now coming on board which makes Dils roofing a 4th generation family run company.
What is your primary product or service?
Roofing of all types, solar electricity and siding.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up in it working with my family.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our longevity, honesty, attention to detail and great communication really sets us apart. We also have the only "Roof Top Showroom" in the county.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location in San Diego county. We are not looking to open other locations but are growing the business every year.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash Check and Credit Cards
Which areas do you service?
We are happy at this time working in San Diego County as well as parts of Orange County,Temecula and Murietta.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The owners are Brent and Olga Dils. Christina is our office manager and has been with us for over 20 years. Luis is our superintendent and he has also been with us for over 20 years. We have Carlos, David and Robert in sales and project management and wonderful long term installation crews on the roofs.
What are your hours of operation?
7:00-5:00 M-F

You are a good father and husband.

Everyone has problems and makes mistakes. The true measure of a person is how they deal with them.
