How long have you been in business?
Since 1985, thirty years in business in the same business park.
What is your primary product or service?
Replacement parts for all Sprinter vans, Mercedes Benz, Dodge and Freightliner and VW Eurovan, to included Eurovan based motor homes, such as the Winnebago Rialta, Vista and Itasca Sunstar.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are specialists for only a few vehicles and not generalists, like the big auto parts chain stores. We get the part correct the first time. Our parts generally come from the original supplier to the factory and are not knock-off imitations, which are often of lesser quality.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
No current plans for expansion. In a small family business, the left hand always knows what the right hand is doing.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Two and a half blocks west of I-15 on Rancho Bernardo Road. We are located in the back building of the Bernardo North Business Center. The cross street is Via Tazon.
What type of payments do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of North America and over 27 foreign countries.
