Our inspections cover over 400 items, from the roof to the slab, exterior, interior, plumbing, heating, electrical. We use infrared imaging to detect moisture in void areas. Our inspection reports are detailed and include photos. Reports are emailed usually the same day. Our prices are competive with other inspection companies and all our inspections include infrared imaging at no additonal cost.

10 years with this company. I owned Amerispec Home Inspection Service, Inc. in Lake Havasu City, AZ for two years prior to this company.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Upon retiring from a prominent nationwide termite company I worked for 28 years, I decided to switch careers to the home inspection business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Have many years of home inspection experience and I'm certified through ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors)Member of CREIA (California Real Estate Inspection Association) and the BBB (Better Business Bureau) as well as an affiliate member of the Board of Realtors. I price my inspections fairly and provide excellent service to my agents and their clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
one location, no plan to expand at this time.

Mission Valley area off of Hwy. 8, take the Mission Center Road exit. We are on the south side of the freeway, our driveway is between Planned Parenthood and Wendy's. Our office sits above Wendy's.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check and paypal which will take all credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
All of San Diego County, Imperial County, Orange County, Riverside County and some areas of San Bernardino County.
